The department’s main areas of research are: history of philosophy; metaphysics and epistemology; value theory: political philosophy and ethics. The department also participates in the following collaborative programs: Women’s Studies (MA), Medieval and Renaissance Studies (MA) and Canadian Studies (PhD).
